Open Home and tap Start here. Your first letter is अ. Do its four tasks in order — Learn, Say, Read, Write — and the next letter opens.
Why is something locked? 🔒+
Karu opens things step by step, so you always learn the basics first. A locked item tells you what to finish before it opens.
What is a streak? 🔥+
Finish the daily challenge every day to grow your streak. A ❄️ streak freeze keeps your streak safe if you miss one day. Share your result to earn a freeze (up to 3).
Karu can't hear me / the microphone doesn't work 🎤+
Allow the microphone. In the Android app: long-press the Karu AI icon → App info → Permissions → Microphone → Allow. In a browser: tap the 🔒 in the address bar → allow Microphone, then reload. Speak close to the phone in a quiet place.
Karu said my answer was wrong, but I was right+
Karu's checks are automatic and can sometimes make mistakes. Listen to the right sound once more and try again — practice always counts.
How do invite rewards work? 🎁+
Share your invite code from Profile. When your friend joins with it and finishes their first letter, you both get +50 XP, a ❄️ streak freeze and the 🫶 avatar.
How do I change the theme or sound?+
Profile → Settings. Choose ☀️ Light or 🌙 Dark, and turn Karu's cheers on or off.
How do I delete my account?+
Profile → Settings → Delete my account. Ask a parent first — it cannot be undone. See account deletion.
