Delete your account

• Sign in to Karu AI (Android app or karuai.com).
• Tap your avatar to open Profile, then Settings.
• Tap Delete my account, type DELETE, and confirm.

The account is deleted straight away.

Write from the email address you sign in with to namastheyhindia@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my Karu AI account". We will delete it within 7 days and reply to confirm.

The sign-in account, the learner profile (name, goal, school, avatar), all learning progress, XP, streaks, stars, badges, invite codes and referral records. Copies in backups are removed within 30 days. Nothing is kept.
